ROTARY PUMP AND SUCTION HOSE REPLACEMENT (Sheet 3 of 4)
1.
Place new lockwasher (A) on four screws (B).
2.
Place packing (C) in groove in end of hose
assembly (D).
3.
Position hose assembly (D), two flanges (E), and
elbow (F) in alinement.
4.
Using 3/4 inch wrench, install four screws (B).
5.
Position pump (G) and gasket (H) on adapter
(J), using scribe marks.
6.
Using 3/4 inch socket on screw (K) and 3/4 inch wrench on nut (L), install two screws (K), washers
(M), and nuts (L).
7.
Place packing (N) in groove of elbow (F).
8.
Place new lockwasher (P) on four screws (Q).
Position and aline elbow (F) on pump (G). Using 3/4 inch socket, install four screws (Q).
