GAS PARTICULATE HEATER REPLACEMENT (Sheet 2 of 5)
Using 9/16 inch wrench to hold nut, use 9/16 inch socket to remove screw, flat washer, spacer,

lockwasher, and nut (A) securing two clamps (B) to bracket. Remove two clamps (B) from hydraulic
tubes (C). Throw lockwasher away.
Using screwdriver, loosen clamp (E) holding hose (D) to adapter (F).

Pull hose (H) off adapter (J).
Using pencil, mark four tags to identify each

side of two electrical connectors (K) and (L).
Tag each side of two electrical connectors (K)

and (L).
Disconnect two electrical connectors (K)

and (L).
