3/8" drive ratchet
Hardwood dowel ( 2-3/8" diameter)
2 lb. ball peen hammer
3/8" drive torque wrench (0 to 50 foot-pounds)
SUPPLIES: Sealing compound (item 19, App. A)
PERSONNEL: Two
