Using fliers, install plate and new locknut (B) on stud (C).

Using fingers, install two screws (D) and two plates (E).

Using fingers, install three washers and new locknuts (F) on three studs (G).
Using fingers, install six screws and washers (H) and six washers, new lockwashers, and nuts (J).

Using fingers, install three washers and new locknuts (K) on studs (L).
7.
Using socket, tighten seven locknuts (B), (F), and (K) on seven studs (C), (G), and (L).
8.
Using wrench and socket, tighten eight remaining screws and nuts.
9.
Close stowage box cover.
