Set multimeter to OHMS X 1scale and “zero” meter, or
use STE/ICE
Test No. 91 (page 4-83).
Connect red probe of meter to contact B (CKT GND) of
engine electrical harness connector
at fuel water
separator
control and black probe to ground.
Check if meter indicates continuity.
Does meter indicate continuity?
